Parker & Partners, an Australian firm based in Sydney and Canberra, has won a $2 million contract to provide communications and public affairs services for Australia's pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Queensland Premier applauds Shanghai on Expo 2010 preparations
Premier Anna Bligh met with the Mayor of Shanghai, His Excellency Mr Han Zheng on 2 April, to sign Queensland and Shanghai's eighth sister state agreement.
“I trust good fortune will abound as this agreement covers a period of much activity, including the 20th anniversary of our sister state relationship in 2009 and the Shanghai World Expo in 2010,” she said.
