Pavilion Programs
Cultural Program
The Cultural Program will be a powerful drawcard for the Australian Pavilion. It will showcase the creativity and talent of Australia’s performing artists, drawn from every State and Territory.
The Cultural Program will include:
- a resident group of artists, formed especially for the Shanghai World Expo, who will perform daily on the Act 3 stage;
- a variety of visiting artists, ranging from soloists to small ensembles, who will perform for short seasons throughout the expo; and
- a major, high-level concert celebrating Australia’s “national day” at the expo and potentially other, similar events.
